In the shadow of a magnificent castle, on the high mountain roads between Seville and Portugal is where our Sly Dog lives. The 150 year old Distillery uses a century old copper Still fired with locally foraged Oak. Produced using the finest organic barley malt and rested for 4 years in French Cognac casks, imparting vanilla and banana tones. The cognac giving this single malt whisky a confident fulsome flavour that mellows to a perfectly smooth finish. Made with secrets handed down over 5 generations.
